Our priority is to provide the highest quality service for our clients that surpass customer expectations. Achieving complete customer satisfaction is very important and this is shown through our actions and operations.
These policies are put in place not only to abide by laws, but to ensure a safe and positive experience for our team members and clients. Please read the terms of the polices below before booking your appointment.
Payment and Fees
A deposit ( 35% ) is required to secure your photoshoot slot. Clients also have the option to pay in full. If not paid in full, all clients are required to complete their payment immediately after the session. Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
General Information
All shoots should should be scheduled as soon as possible to allow adequate for the final edits to be completed. However, edits can be expedited at an additional cost. Deposits are non refundable, but shoots can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

We require clients to be prepared in terms of having saved or created ideas. Make up and Hair done by professionals or up to clients standards. Outfits tried on prior to shoot to ensure fit. Poses saved and practiced. Crew will be at hand for any and all help but we will hold client responsible for preparation. Clients who are unsure about what concept, etc can reach out via instagram for consultation prior to the shoot.
Clients must download delivered unedited images (proofs) / final images as they get them because the link expires after 7 days and may not be re-uploaded.
• Clients are allowed a maximum of two guests on set.
• Professional staff including Make Up Artists, Stylists, and Hair Stylists are welcome on set for touch ups / creative direction.
• Children are not allowed on set unless they are a subject of the session.
• During studio sessions, clients are at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury that may occur as a result of taking part in this activity, please be careful and make sure you don't leave your personal belongings behind.
• Clients will be allowed two free corrections, if there are any changes you would like to add to your images after that, additional correction would require a fee of $15 per image.
Expedited edits 1-3 days $50
Location & Props
For all shoots to be taken at a “location”, client must reach out to the photographer and a fee will be assessed based on the travel fees and gears that will be needed.
We are not responsible for providing out of studio props and or accessories. such as balloons, cake and confetti. In studio props would consist of backgrounds, backdrops, chairs, stools, benches, pose boxes and thrones. We strongly encourage clients to provide any prop they deem beneficial to the shoot idea.
Late Fees, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
• A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the studio for their appointment. Note : Our late fee of $30 will be applied after 15 minutes.
• If your shoot / session requires us to setup any special sets , you will be charged for any additional time used.
• If you wish to cancel/reschedule your session 48-hours or earlier, the deposit made will go towards the new appointment.
This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph and the proofs are not to be published or edited by the client / another personnel or photographer. This applies for either a booking or collaboration, failure to abide by this will lead to legal and disciplinary actions.
